Colorado is a leader among states when it comes to foreclosure prevention. In partnership with the Attorney General and CHFA, the agency developed culturally- and linguistically-relevant messaging designed to provide Coloradans with reliable and trustworthy access to information.
Since its inception, four out of five Colorado homeowners who have met face-to-face with a housing counselor, through the Hotline, have found a successful resolution to their foreclosure situation.
